BUDGET MANAGEMENT

We not only budget your accommodations but we take a deep dive into everything that makes your event a success and budget for everything. Our goal is to help you understand your total expenses and per-person costs inclusive of everything from flights, ground transfers, activities, and gifting… we even make sure you have an OH SHIT! line item for any of those unexpected costs like a teammate’s flight got canceled because their airport was flooded and you could afford to keep them at the retreat location a few more days (true story)
