Dueling DJs was conceptualized for a remote company in-person retreat, by one of their team members. It was a fun evening activity that 40 people played in the living room of a beachside condo.
The evening was a blast!
What Event Planners do during quarantine
When COVID -19 hit, as an event planner now planning a virtual retreat and not an in-person retreat, I really wanted to keep a familiar activity that the team could play together, and alas this is what event planners create in quarantine 🤣.
Dueling DJs is now a global team-building event where remote teams can play as individuals or in teams.

There are 16 teams that battle each round's theme - that team comes up with the best song for the category and our live studio host and DJs bring it to life!
Teams Battle themes like:
80’s Power Ballad
Stick it to the Man
Summertime
At the Movies
And the list goes on
Intermixed between battle rounds we’ve strategically placed group activities such as sing-a-long, karaoke, at-home scavenger hunts, and surprise and delight moments for your team.
What makes this even more special, is our team works with someone on your team and we get all the dirt on the team.
Things like running inside jokes from IRL events or slack commentary. We interview the companies “Swifty” or sing Enrique Inglesias serenades to your team's ultimate fan!
We collect the funniest stories about your team and intertwine them throughout the event for the ultimate laughs. This also creates super intimate and personalized experiences.
